Terms Of Service
- Do not send your device with a sim card, case, or cables.
- We will need the passcode if the device is sent for data recovery. If passcode is not provided you will still be charged a data recovery fee.
- Data recovered from the device will be removed from our secured HDD after 30 days once shipped.
- Do not send iPads fully assembled. iPads must have screens removed exposing the motherboard.
- We are not responsible for any damages to the device during shipping. We can add insurance if requested for additional fee.
- If you choose the option to have your device reassembled due to us being unable to fix the device. You will be charged $20 but will not be charge for the repair fee.
- If the device comes back under warranty and is not fixable you will be refunded for the repair fee except the reassemble fee of $20.
- Additional *(non refundable)* $50 will be charged plus the repair fee for repair attempt damaged except minor damages such as missing filters or caps that were knocked off.
- Our warranties are 6 months starting the day it leaves our shop.
- The warranty only covers for the repair it came in for and not for any issues that the device may have or show up within warranty period.
- Devices under warranty can only be refunded if the device is sent to us for inspection to to confirm the fault.
- When the device repair is completed payment is due within 30 days.
- If payment is not completed within 60 days we assume abandonment of the device and will be used for parts.
- Terms of payment also applies to other shops no excuses.
- We assume you accepted these terms when the device is sent to us.
